Principal Product Designer, and UI Front-end Developer. AppTicket is a sales platform and social strategies for events. More than 20.000 event producers across Brazil use AppTicket to sell tickets and registrations online for their events. Business meetings, music and sports events, parties, and so on.

  • Redesigned the entire dashboard experience from scratch, focusing on improving usability, performance, and autonomy for event producers.
  • Mapped and prioritized all existing and new features in collaboration with internal teams and power users to support a wide variety of event scales.
  • Created a scalable design system tailored for complex dashboard views and standardized UI components and interactions to accelerate development and ensure consistency.
  • Handled both design and front-end development using Vue.js and SCSS, ensuring high performance and seamless handoff to back-end developers.
  • Continuously validated flows and features with producers, stakeholders, and internal teams, iterating based on feedback, usage data, and business goals.
  • Completely redesign the dashboard interface to support real-time tasks and improve clarity across workflows.
  • Develop a scalable design system for faster iteration and implementation across teams.
  • Empower producers with greater control, autonomy, and performance during live events.
  • Reduce support dependency by improving navigation, hierarchy, and in-product guidance.
  • Build a robust front-end foundation aligned with back-end architecture for long-term scalability.
  • Discovery & Research
    Interviewed users, reviewed support tickets, and analyzed workflows across different event scales to identify key issues and opportunities.
  • Feature & Flow Mapping
    Mapped out all existing and planned functionalities. Created detailed user flows covering sales, check-ins, communication tools, and financial tracking.
  • Wireframes & Validation
    Built wireframes and prototypes tested with internal stakeholders and event organizers. Incorporated qualitative and quantitative feedback in multiple rounds of iteration.
  • Final Design
    Designed a clean, modular, and responsive interface with visual hierarchy tailored for high-stress environments like live events.
  • Front-end Development
    Developed the full front-end using Vue.js and SCSS, including animations, responsive layouts, and real-time elements. Delivered a production-ready interface for back-end integration.
  • Iteration & Delivery
    After going live with the first modules, I tracked usage data, identified new opportunities, and worked with the team to plan the rollout of remaining features on the roadmap.
  • 15–20% faster access to key tools and information, improving daily workflows for producers.
  • Reduced support tickets related to dashboard usage by 28%, especially in areas like navigation and live tracking.
