Roles

Redesigned the full dashboard experience to improve usability, performance, and autonomy for producers; I prioritized real-time tasks and clarity so it could handle events from hundreds to 10k+ attendees.
Mapped and prioritized features with internal teams from backlog and client needs so we could support many event scales; kept a clear roadmap for phased rollout .
Built a scalable design system for complex dashboard views—standardized components and interactions to speed up development and keep the UI consistent.
Owned design and front-end in Vue.js and SCSS; delivered high-performance, production-ready UI so backend could integrate without rework.
Iterated based on metrics, backlog, and stakeholder alignment ; shipped features that matched business priorities and usage data, with minimal emphasis on formal validation.

Goals

Redesign the dashboard for real-time workflows and clearer hierarchy so producers could find key tools and info faster.
Establish a scalable design system for faster iteration and consistent UX across the product.
Increase producer autonomy and reduce support dependency through better navigation and in-product guidance.
Build a robust front-end aligned with backend for long-term scalability and quick feature rollout.

Process

Backlog & Requirements
Scoped work from backlog, metrics, and client needs; requirements came from support tickets, internal teams, and market demands—no user research or discovery phase.
Feature & Flow Mapping
Mapped existing and planned features and created user flows for sales, check-in, communication, and financial tracking—so the structure was clear and extensible.
Wireframes & UI
Built wireframes and high-fidelity UI; aligned with stakeholders on scope and specs. Focus was on design and front-end delivery, not validation rounds.
Final Design
Designed a clean, modular, responsive interface with hierarchy tuned for high-stress live events so critical actions were easy to find.
Front-end Development
Implemented the front-end in Vue.js and SCSS with animations, responsive layouts, and real-time behavior; delivered production-ready UI for backend integration.
Iteration & Delivery
After launching first modules, used metrics and backlog to plan rollout of remaining features; iteration driven by business priorities and usage data.

Support tickets related to dashboard usage down 28%, especially for navigation and live tracking.
