Principal Product Designer, and UI Front-end Developer. AppTicket
is a sales platform and social strategies for events. More than
20.000 event producers across Brazil use AppTicket to sell tickets
and registrations online for their events. Business meetings,
music and sports events, parties, and so on.

Roles
Product Design, UI Front-end, Product Strategy, Research,
Prototyping, UX Writing, Microcopy.
- Designed and implemented new components for the event landing page (hotsite) to increase conversion, urgency, and social proof.
- Introduced smart tags to indicate event exclusivity, popularity, and live interest (e.g. number of people viewing).
- Created urgency callouts and real-time elements like ticket sales alerts and countdowns to lot changes.
- Enhanced social presence cues by showing confirmed attendees’ avatars and names, reinforcing participation momentum.
- Refined UI and copy to generate urgency in a reassuring and positive way, avoiding negative pressure.
