Principal Product Designer, and UI Front-end Developer. AppTicket
is a sales platform and social strategies for events. More than
20.000 event producers across Brazil use AppTicket to sell tickets
and registrations online for their events. Business meetings,
music and sports events, parties, and so on.

- Redesigned the entire purchase flow of the Appticket platform, from event page to payment confirmation, aligning user expectations with business requirements.
- Mapped and prioritized user pain points and existing features to ensure continuity while delivering a more intuitive, modern experience.
- Developed a comprehensive design system and designed flexible, responsive, and accessible UI components tailored for a wide variety of event types.
- Led the UI development using Vue.js and SCSS, ensuring high fidelity between design and final implementation.
- Conducted multiple validation rounds with users, stakeholders, and internal teams, and iterated based on both qualitative feedback and usage analytics.
Goals
- Rebuild the end-to-end ticket purchase experience in a clearer, faster, and more mobile-friendly way.
- Ensure seamless user flow through the three stages: event page (hotsite), checkout, and confirmation.
- Maintain feature parity with the previous version while introducing UX/UI enhancements with minimal impact on delivery time.
- Deliver front-end code ready for back-end integration and reduce alignment friction between design and development.
- Establish a foundation for future improvements with a documented backlog and measurable impact.

Research & Prioritization
I studied existing pain points, mapped current and future features, and aligned on priorities with users and stakeholders.

Flow Mapping
I mapped all possible scenarios across the three core steps: hotsite, checkout, and confirmation—considering edge cases and business rules.

I created a custom design system and detailed wireframes for all screens and components, validated early with internal and external feedback.

Final designs balanced usability with visual polish and included responsive layouts, interaction states, and optimized flows.

I built the full front-end using Vue.js and SCSS, ensuring modularity and performance, ready for integration by back-end developers.
