Companies across Brazil use Weego to support leaders by helping them grow through microlearning, climate surveys, 360º assessments, daily reflections, and team development tools.

  • Founding designer and product strategist for a B2B SaaS focused on transforming managers from all sectors into effective leaders.
  • Led user research and product discovery, mapping user needs and translating them into micro-learning flows, team development tools, and leadership maturity diagnostics.
  • Designed intuitive, engaging, and mobile-friendly user interfaces—from climate surveys to daily reflections, feedback systems, and 360º assessments.
  • Developed and maintained a robust front-end in Vue.js, ensuring seamless UX across web and mobile contexts.
  • Co-created Weego’s proprietary methodology to drive leadership development across industries and levels of maturity.

Process
  • Research & Ideation
    Conducted interviews and surveys with leaders from diverse industries to identify common pain points in team management and personal development.
  • Flow Mapping
    Mapped detailed user journeys for new and experienced leaders, covering scenarios such as onboarding, self-reflection, feedback cycles, and action planning.
  • Wireframes & Specs
    Created wireframes for dashboards, surveys, and learning modules, aligning stakeholders and ensuring usability across leadership levels.
  • Final Design
    Delivered a UI that balanced clarity with motivation—blending microcopy, illustrations, and interactive elements to engage leaders in their journey.
  • Front-end Development
    Coded the front-end architecture using Vue.js and SCSS, creating reusable components and integrating logic for dynamic, personalized experiences.
  • Validation & Iteration
    Ran usability tests and A/B experiments with leaders from different sectors, applying insights to refine features, copy, and UX flows.
